Cadillac Tower

The Cadillac/Tower was created originally by Joseph H. Pilates Inspired by a Hospital Beds and Springs in World War I. Unilateral Movements Improve Weight Transfer, Balance + Symmetry, Integrated Mat Work. The Cadillac/Tower is particularly well suited to older and injured clients for rehabilitation.
